Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database platform with enterprise-grade security. We implement:
- Row Level Security (RLS): You can only access your own data. Other users cannot see your information.
- Encrypted connections: All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Restricted admin access: Only authorized administrators can access user data for support purposes.
- Secure authentication: Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
Payment Information
We offer two payment methods:
Stripe Payments
Credit/debit card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.
Bank Transfer
For bank transfers, we collect and store your payment slip image and transfer details for verification purposes. This information is securely stored and only accessible by administrators for payment confirmation.
